Tiger Woods got off to a rough start at the PGA Championship on Thursday, recording a bogey on the first hole and following it up with a double-bogey on the second.

Something needed to change.

Apparently, it was his shirt.

Tiger headed to the bathroom prior to teeing off on the 12th hole to make the switch, much to the amusement of defending champion and group partner Justin Thomas.

“That cracks me up,” said Thomas, according to Ian O’Connor of ESPN.

“That’s one’s not working,” added Woods’ caddie Joe LaCava.

Maybe there was something to it.

Woods immediately rebounded with a birdie on the par-4 12th before recording back-to-back-to-back pars, settling his game at 2 over through six holes.
