The PWHPA Dream Gap Tour was in Ottawa for the Sonnet Insurance showcase of women's hockey on Saturday and set up a big final between Toronto and Montreal.
In the first game, Team Adidas (Minnesota) and Team Sonnet (Toronto) went into overtime, where Toronto edged Minnesota, 4-3.
Sarah Potomak scored for Team Adidas with eight seconds left in regulation to tie the game 3-3 and send it to overtime, but Laura Fortino scored the game-winning goal for Team Sonnet to secure their spot in the championship game.
The second game saw Team Harvey's (Montreal) dominate Team Bauer (Boston) in a 7-2 blowout.
Ann-Sophie Bettez scored a hat trick in the win, and Team Harvey's secured its spot in the championship game, scoring four goals in the third period alone.
The championship game is Sunday between Team Sonnet and Team Harvey's, and will be broadcast live on Sportsnet at 11 a.m. ET / 8 a.m. PT.
