BOISBRIAND, Que. - Antoine Coulombe made 22 saves to help preserve a 3-2 Shawinigan Cataractes win over the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada Tuesday in the QMJHL.
Isaac Menard and Natan Ethier each scored a goal and added an assist in the win for Shawinigan (30-11-4).
Kieran Craig scored the two goals for the Armada (18-20-6), getting both markers in the second period.
The Cataractes scored all three of their goals in the first period and held on to keep their 3-2 advantage and win the game.

MOOSEHEADS 4 ISLANDERS 3 (OT)
HALIFAX -- Cameron Whynot scored in overtime to send Halifax (25-18-2) past Charlottetown (30-8-4). The Islanders got off to a 3-0 lead midway through the second, but then the Mooseheads racked off three unanswered goals to send the game into overtime and eventually win it.

RIMOUSKI, Que. -- Kevyn Brassard made 37 saves to keep Chicoutimi (19-19-5) in the game long enough to allow his team beat Rimouski (20-17-7) in a shootout. Brassard's Oceanic counterpart, Gabriel Robert, only faced 18 shots on the evening, for comparison.
