VICTORIAVILLE, Que. – Dawson Mercer scored his second goal of the night at 2:33 of overtime as the Chicoutimi Sagueneens edged the Victoriaville Tigres 4-3 on Wednesday in Quebec Major Junior Hockey League action.
Alexis Shank stopped 42 shots while Louis Crevier also had a pair of goals for the Sagueneens (17-6-5).
Jeremy Michaud, Sean Larochelle and Mikhail Abramov scored for the Tigres (15-10-0), who are on a three-game skid.
Nikolas Hurtubise turned aside 30-of-34 shots for Victoriaville.
