Wild's Buium, Capitals' Leonard among Hobey Baker top 10 finalists

And then there were 10.

The top 10 finalists for the Hobey Baker Memorial Award were announced Wednesday, featuring several notable NHL prospects.

Former first-round picks Zeev Buium (2024, Minnesota Wild), Isaac Howard (2022, Tampa Bay Lightning), Ryan Leonard (2023, Washington Capitals) and Jimmy Snuggerud (2022, St. Louis Blues) were all shortlisted.

The other six finalists are Jack Devine, Aiden Fink, Mac Gadowsky, Ayrton Martino, Liam McLinkskey and Alex Tracy.

Devine (Florida Panthers), Fink (Nashville Predators) and Martino (Dallas Stars) are also NHL prospects, while the other three are undrafted.

This is Devine and McLinkskey's second straight year as top 10 finalists.

The 2024 Hobey Baker Award winner was San Jose Sharks star and former first-overall pick Macklin Celebrini.

This year’s winner will be announced during the NCAA Men's Frozen Four Championship on April 11.
