Jeff Marek hosts Sportsnet’s weekly CHL podcast, a one-stop shop for news, analysis, opinion and interviews covering the WHL, OHL and QMJHL. Sam Cosentino, the CHL’s top analyst/insider, joins Jeff each week to discuss the latest from around the league, as do newsmakers from across the CHL. Couple that with NHLers remembering their days in junior hockey and regular updates on the latest risers and fallers for the NHL Draft, and there’s really nowhere else fans need to go.

On this week’s podcast, Jeff and Sam discuss the week that was in the OHL, including a changing of the guard behind the bench in Saginaw that saw Greg Gilbert shown the door and Moe Mantha hired, and what to look out for this week. They also tour the league to discuss the best teams in the Ontario loop.

Scoring sensation Kevin Labanc of Barrie stops by to talk about what it’s like to to light up the OHL ahead of the Colts’ Friday Night Hockey match-up with the London Knights on Sportsnet.

Then Jeff checks in with a couple of play-by-play men to discuss their teams. First with Pat McNeil who does the Cape Breton broadcasts to talk about the high-flying Screaming Eagles and then with Marlon Martens, who saw the Victoria Royals’ 11-game win streak come to an end on Sunday.
