London Knights’ starting netminder Anthony Stolarz suffered a scary leg injury on Friday night’s game against the Saginaw Spirit.
In what appeared to be a scuffle in front of the Philadelphia Flyers’ prospect’s crease, a skate blade slashed Stolarz’s back leg, which led to a significant amount of bleeding.

The Knights’ training staff had to apply pressure to the cut and Stolarz was taken off the ice on a stretcher.

Knights’ backup goalie Jake Patterson took over for Stolarz.
At the hospital now. Thank you all for the kind words. Nothing too serious and I'll be looking to get right back on the as soon as I can.
