Jeff and Sam have the latest on the CHL trade front and are joined by a couple of gold medallists, Tyler Steenbergen of the Swift Current Broncos and recently acquired Soo Greyhounds forward Taylor Raddysh.
FIRST BLOCK
• OHL trades of note: Cliff Pu and Max Jones go to Kingston in two separate trades. Frontenacs loading up. The Soo adds Taylor Raddysh from Erie, Kitchener bolsters its forward group with Logan Brown from Windsor and Givani Smith from Guelph.
SECOND BLOCK
• Taylor Raddysh joins the guys after winning Gold in Buffalo and then being traded to the top team in the OHL, the Soo Greyhounds.
• Swift Current and Lethbridge swing a big deal in the WHL that lands the Broncos Stuart Skinner.
• The guys focus on Drummondville’s rise back into the CHL’s Top 10 rankings this week.
THIRD BLOCK
• Fresh off scoring the gold medal-winning goal at the WJC, Tyler Steenbergen talks about the tournament and what his Swift Current Broncos did at the WHL trade deadline.
