Warning: Jaromir Jagr wants you to try this at home.

The Czech legend posted a new challenge for fans on his official Facebook page this week. In a video, Jagr performs some one-legged squats—while standing on the ice, no less.

The 45-year-old Florida Panthers forward has a message for fans, written in his mother tongue. The translated version, which also appears on his page, reads: “The time has come for the next challenge you got this. And in my opinion, probably neobtížnější. Well judge for yourself. And most importantly-don’t forget to film, so I can see (maybe)”

Ahoj HR . Nadešel čas na další CHALLENGE DÁŠ TO. A dle mého názoru, asi neobtížnější. No posuďte sami. A hlavně- nezapomeňte točit, ať se můžu podívat ( možná pobavit )

The best part here is the “maybe” in Jagr’s message—he won’t commit to watching every video of fans emulating his move. Jagr also doesn’t have time for a disclaimer, though he does concede that this challenge is “neobtížnější,” which apparently means it’s his most difficult challenge yet. There’s no mention of whether it’s “nebezpečný”—that is, dangerous. Proceed at your own risk, fans.
