AHL MVP Daniel Carr signs one-year deal with Predators

AHL regular season MVP Daniel Carr is signing with the Nashville Predators, the club announced Monday.

The new one-year deal will pay Carr $700,000.

Carr, 27, had 30 goals and 71 points in 52 games last season with the Chicago Wolves last season. He also had one goal in six games with the Vegas Golden Knights.

In 100 NHL games with the Montreal Canadiens and Golden Knights, Carr has 15 goals and 35 points.
