Blues recall Armstrong from AHL affiliate

ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis Blues recalled forward Derek Armstrong from their American Hockey League affiliate Monday.
The 36-year-old Ottawa native has played in 30 games this season with Peoria, scoring 22 goals.
Amstrong, a centre, started with the Blues on Dec. 31 and stayed for five games. He played in 56 games last season with the Los Angeles Kings and has played in a total of 471 NHL games, scoring 221 goals.
