Canadiens announce roster for Phase 4 of NHL’s Return to Play

Keith Jones and Brian Burke make their picks between the Pittsburgh Penguins and the Montreal Canadiens, noting that a healthy Penguins team with Jake Guentzel is extremely dangerous, but Carey Price plays a factor.

The Montreal Canadiens have announced their roster for Phase 4 of the NHL’s Return to Play plan.

The roster features 16 forwards, 11 defencemen and four goaltenders. Of note, Alexander Romanov is included on the roster, but he will not be eligible to compete in Phase 4 games.

The Canadiens will take on the Pittsburgh Penguins starting on Aug. 1 in the first game of the Stanley Cup Qualifiers.
