Vancouver Canucks defenceman Quinn Hughes remains day to day with a bruised knee and the team says there’s a chance he plays on Tuesday night against the St. Louis Blues.
The Canucks said Hughes skated on his own on Monday as he recovered from a fall on Friday night in Anaheim against the Ducks.
The 20-year-old fell while pivoting in the neutral zone in the first period and didn’t return to the game.
Hughes is a Calder Trophy candidate who has 10 points in 12 games so far this season.
