Dallas signs top pick Thomas Harley to entry-level deal

The Dallas Stars signed defenceman Thomas Harley to a three-year, entry-level contract on Monday.

Harley, 18, was Dallas’s first-round pick (18th overall) at the 2019 NHL Draft.

He had 58 points in 68 games for the OHL’s Mississauga Steelheads last season.
