The New Jersey Devils will be without centre Nico Hischier for Thursday’s game against the New York Rangers. Captain Andy Greene, who hasn’t played since Oct. 9, will also miss the game.

Hischier was limited to only five minutes of ice time in Monday’s loss to the Florida Panthers after suffering an upper-body injury. He is officially listed as day-to-day by the team.

The 20-year-old has two assists in six games this season.

Greene has been out of the lineup with an upper-body injury. The 36-year-old has no points in three games.
