Ducks sign defenceman Andrej Sustr to 1-year deal

The Anaheim Ducks have signed towering defenceman Andrej Sustr to a one-year contract.

Sustr had two goals and five assists in 44 games with the Tampa Bay Lightning this past season.

The 27-year-old has spent his entire NHL career with the Bolts, totalling 10 goals and 63 points in 318 games.

The 6-foot-7 rearguard has represented the Czech Republic at the world juniors and World Cup.
