Flames sign goalie Cam Talbot to one-year, $2.75M deal

The Calgary Flames have signed goaltender Cam Talbot to a one-year, $2.75-million contract.

Talbot split the 2018-19 season between the Edmonton Oilers and Philadelphia Flyers, recording a .892 save percentage and a 3.40 goals-against average in 35 appearances.

The 31-year-old was traded to Philadelphia from Edmonton in February in exchange for Anthony Stolarz.

In six NHL seasons with the Oilers, Flyers and New York Rangers, Talbot has a .912 save percentage and a 2.74 goals-against average.
