The Florida Panthers have been selected as the hosts for the 2021 NHL All-Star Game, Sportsnet has confirmed.

Next season will mark the second time the event has been held in Sunrise, Fla., as the Panthers played host to the All-Star Game for the first time in 2003. It will be the fourth time the Sunshine State has been home to the event, as Tampa has also been awarded the game twice (1999, 2018).

The 2020 NHL All-Star Game is in St. Louis this upcoming weekend, January 24-25, with the skills competition Friday followed by Saturday’s three-on-three tournament – a format that has been in place since 2016.
