Flyers sign defenceman Andy Welinski to one-year, one-way contract

The Philadelphia Flyers have signed defenceman Andy Welinski to a one-year, one-way contract worth $750,000.

In 26 games for the Anaheim Ducks last season, the 26-year-old scored one goal and added three assists while picking up eight penalty minutes.
