Since retiring from the NHL, former enforcer George Parros has focused his efforts on his clothing line, Violent Gentlemen.
To promote the business, Parros and the company released this video, which spoofs the road hockey scene in the classic 1990s movie Wayne’s World. And it’s perfect, from the cars interrupting the pair, to the “Game On” shout as they carry the net back out into the road…and even Stacy’s Vallely’s head-over-heels crash into a parked car.
And he’s OK!
For any Wayne’s World fan, or any road hockey fan for that matter, this is a great YouTube hit. Well done, George. Err, I mean, Mr. Parros.
If Mike Myers ever does a Wayne’s World 3, I think we can expect a cameo from Parros.
