The Vegas Golden Knights will once again be without forward David Perron when they take on the Los Angeles Kings in Game 2 of their first-round playoff series Friday night.

Perron, currently dealing with an undisclosed injury, also missed Game 1. He last played on Mar. 26, missing the final six games of the season. The 29-year-old pending UFA has had a career year, leading the Knights in assists (50) and finishing the regular season third in points (66).

He and teammate William Carrier, who left Wednesday’s Game 1 after taking a high hit from Kings defenceman Drew Doughty, both skated earlier Friday.
