Golden Knights re-sign forward William Carrier to two-year contract

The Vegas Golden Knights have re-signed forward William Carrier to a two-year contract with an annual cap hit of $725,000, the team announced on Monday.

The 23-year-old scored a goal and had three points in 37 games for Vegas last season while appearing in 10 playoff games in the team’s inaugural campaign.

In 78 career games, the LaSalle, Que., native has six goals and five assists. He was originally selected in the second round (57th overall) by the St. Louis Blues.
