Henrik Lundqvist is expected to miss the next three-to-four weeks with a vascular injury and, in his absence, the New York Rangers will lean on Cam Talbot in net.
Last Saturday, Lundqvist took a puck to the throat against the Carolina Hurricanes, but remained in the game and played two nights later against the Florida Panthers.
Even Lundqvist had a little fun with it after the game on Twitter.
On Saturday, Feb. 7, Lundqvist tweeted that while he was frustrated with the injury and having to stay off the ice, he wanted to assure fans that he was OK and looking forward to returning to the Rangers in short order.
