Jets acquire centre Alex Broadhurst from Blue Jackets for futures

The Winnipeg Jets have acquired centre Alex Broadhurst from the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for future considerations.

Broadhurst, 25, has played in two career NHL games, but spent the majority of his time in the American Hockey League.

He has eight goals and 21 assists in 48 games this season for Columbus’s AHL affiliate, the Cleveland Monsters.
