Leafs sign forward Kenny Agostino to two-year contract

The Toronto Maple leafs have signed forward Kenny Agostino to a two-year contract with an annual average value of $737,500, the team announced Wednesday.

Agostino, 27, split the 2018-19 season between the Montreal Canadiens and New Jersey Devils, recording six goals and 24 assists in 63 games.

Selected by the Pittsburgh Penguins in the fifth round (140th overall) of the 2010 draft, Agostino has played in 85 regular-season games with five different teams – the Calgary Flames, St. Louis Blues, Boston Bruins, Canadiens and Devils.
