Maple Leafs’ Nazem Kadri leaves game vs. Blues with concussion

Nazem Kadri had to leave the game after taking hits from Vince Dunn and Brayden Schenn, apparently leaving him with a concussion.

Toronto Maple Leafs centre Nazem Kadri will not return to Tuesday’s game against the St. Louis Blues after suffering a concussion.

Kadri did not come back to the bench with his teammates after the first intermission. It’s unclear when he suffered the injury, although he was involved in multiple big collisions during the opening frame.

The 28-year-old Kadri has 15 goals and 35 points in 58 games this season.
