Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers will look to bounce back after a disappointing campaign in 2017-18 saw the team miss the playoffs.
The Oilers’ schedule for next season was released on Thursday, and Edmonton gets the 2018-19 campaign underway on the road against Hart Trophy winner Taylor Hall and the the New Jersey Devils on Oct. 6.
Todd McLellan’s team doesn’t play its home opener until Oct. 18 against the Boston Bruins, following a five-game road trip to start the season.
