NHL CSS 2013 Final Pre-Draft Rankings

The National Hockey League released its central scouting bureau’s final prospect rankings list for the up-coming 2013 NHL Entry Draft on Wednesday.

Seth Jones, a defenceman from the Western Hockey League’s Portland Winterhawks, has been named the top North American skater while Tappara Tempere (of Finland’s top league) forward Aleksander Barkov is listed as the No. 1 international skater.

Halifax Mooseheads goaltender Zach Fucale tops the list of North American puck-stoppers while Juuse Saros of HPK (Finland) is his international counterpart.

Mooseheads forwards Nathan MacKinnon and Jonathan Drouin round out the North American skaters’ top three, while Russia’s Valeri Nichushkin of Traktor Chelyabinsk in the KHL and Elias Lindholm of Sweden’s Brynas Gavle are Nos. 2 and 3, respectively, on the international list.
