Trade Tracker: Kings acquire McNabb, picks

BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Sabres traded defenceman Brayden McNabb, prospect Jonathan Parker and two draft picks to the Los Angeles Kings for prospects Hudson Fasching and Nicolas Deslauriers.
Fasching was a fourth-round pick for the Kings in the 2013 draft. He is a freshman forward Minnesota, where he has 12 goals and 15 assists in 31 games. Deslauriers was a third round pick in 2009 and moved from defenceman to forward this season for Manchester in the AHL. He had 18 goals and 39 points in 60 games this season.
McNabb played 37 NHL games, recording one goal and seven assists after signing with the Sabres in 2009. Right wing Parker has one assist in 11 games with Rochester after signing in 2011.
The draft picks are second-round picks in 2014 and 2015.
