Oilers recall Kailer Yamamoto, William Lagesson from AHL Bakersfield

The Edmonton Oilers have recalled forward Kailer Yamamoto and defenceman William Lagesson from the Bakersfield Condors of the AHL, the team announced Sunday.

In a corresponding move, defenceman Brandon Manning and forward Markus Granlund were assigned to the Condors after clearing waivers.

Yamamoto, 21, has eight goals and 16 points in 23 games with Bakersfield this season. The 22nd overall pick in the 2017 NHL Draft appeared in 17 NHL games last season with the Oilers, registering two points.

Lagesson has three goals and eight points in 21 AHL games in this season. The 23-year-old was selected in the fourth round (91st overall) in the 2014 NHL Draft.

Granlund has three goals and four points in 31 games this season, while Manning has one goal in nine games.
