The late Jean Béliveau won the hearts of countless people over the course of his life, including fellow Montreal Canadiens great Guy Lafleur.

Béliveau passed away on Dec. 2 at the age of 83.

During the visitation at the Bell Centre on Monday, Lafleur had one final chance to offer his gratitude to his mentor. The powerful moment was captured on camera.
