Brady Tkachuk will reportedly sign with the Ottawa Senators.

Tkachuk, the fourth-overall pick of the 2018 NHL Draft, had to choose between signing a contract with the Senators organization this season, or return to Boston University for another year of NCAA play.

Ottawa can now play him in the NHL, AHL, or send the forward to the OHL’s London Knights who hold his CHL rights.

The 18-year-old had eight goals and 31 points in 40 games with BU this past season, and starred for the U.S. world junior team in Buffalo, totalling three goals and nine points in seven games.

He is the younger brother of Calgary Flames forward Matthew Tkachuk.
