Peter Chiarelli appears to have landed another gig in the NHL.
The former Edmonton Oilers general manager will reportedly work as a consultant for the defending Stanley Cup champion St. Louis Blues, according to TVA’s Renaud Lavoie.
Chiarelli was rumoured to have interviewed for the Minnesota Wild’s GM position in August, which later went to Bill Guerin.
Chiarelli was fired by the Oilers in January after over three years of disappointing seasons, during which Edmonton made the playoffs just once (2016-17).
