The Ottawa Senators have claimed forward Jayce Hawryluk off waivers from the Florida Panthers, the team announced Monday.

Hawryluk, 24, has one goal and two assists in 15 games this season. He missed 28 games due to an upper-body injury earlier this season.

In 2018-19, Hawryluk posted seven goals and five assists for the Panthers. The Yorkton, Sask., native was selected by Florida in the second round of the 2014 NHL Draft, 32nd overall.
