St. Louis Blues acquire Jared Coreau from Anaheim Ducks

The St. Louis Blues have acquired goaltender Jared Coreau from the Anaheim Ducks for future considerations the team announced Thursday.

Coreau, 27, has played in 13 games for the San Diego Gulls of the AHL posting a 3-6-2 record, a 3.57 GAA and a .895 save percentage. He has not played a game in the NHL this season and will report to the San Antonio Rampage, the Blues’ AHL affiliate.

In 21 career NHL games with the Detroit Red Wings he went 5-9-4 with a 3.74 GAA and a .880 save percentage. He signed as a free agent with the Ducks this past off-season.
