The site of the 2013 Memorial Cup will play host to the Chicago Blackhawks and Edmonton Oilers on Sunday at 6:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. MT.
The game will be streamed live on Sportsnet.ca to viewers in the Oilers broadcast region (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories and Nunavut).
The Credit Union Centre in Saskatoon, Sask., the home of the WHLs Saskatoon Blades, will showcase the game. The Blackhawks are listed as the home team for the matchup.
This is not the first time that the two teams have met in Saskatoon for a pre-season game. In 2011, Edmonton beat Chicago 4-2 in what was Ryan Nugent-Hopkins first-career NHL game.
The Oilers (2-1-0) are coming off a 3-2 win against the Winnipeg Jets on Wednesday. Nugent-Hopkins, Bogdan Yakimov and Justin Schultz all had second period goals in the win.
Chicago (1-2-0) fell to the New York Rangers 4-1 on Friday. Corey Crawford made 25 save in the loss.
