Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Easton Cowan keeps climbing the OHL's point streak list.
The London Knights star extended his point streak to 30 games when he tied a game against the Guelph Storm at 3-3 1:22 into the third period.
A Storm turnover led to Cowan getting a wide-open shot from the slot, which he fired past Guelph goalie Brayden Gillespie.
The Knights had trailed 3-0.
Cowan added a second goal later, but the Knights lost 5-4.
Cowan is now tied with the Sarnia Sting's Jordan Kyrou for the fifth longest point streak in the OHL in the last 30 years.
The 18-year-old now has 85 points (32 goals, 53 assists) in 47 games.
The Leafs picked Cowan in the first round (28th overall) of last year's NHL Draft.
The Knights return to action Friday against visiting Sarnia.
