BRANDON, Man. — Jake Chiasson and Nolan Ritchie each had a goal and two assists to lead the Brandon Wheat Kings to a 5-4 win over the Regina Pats in Western Hockey League action Tuesday.
Nate Danielson, Mason Ward and Brett Hyland also scored for Brandon, which won its third straight game.
Logan Nijhoff had three goals for the Pats, while Jakob Brook also scored.
Ethan Kruger made 28 saves for the Wheat Kings (33-25-5), who sit sixth in the Eastern Conference and have clinched a playoff berth.
Drew Sim stopped 24 shots for the Pats (24-34-5), who have won just twice over their last 10 games.
Brandon was 2-for-4 on the power play, while Regina was 1-for-4.

MEDICINE HAT, Alta. — Nolan Maier stopped 20 shots as Saskatoon blanked the Tigers.
Brandon Lisowsky, Egor Sidorov, Noah Boyko and Kyle Crnkovic scored for the Blades (36-25-4).
Beckett Langkow stopped 20 shots for Medicine Hat (11-49-4).

PRINCE GEORGE, B.C. — Tyson Feist scored in overtime to lead Kelowna over the Cougars.
Talyn Boyko made 21 saves to pick up the shutout for the Rockets (38-19-6).
Ty Young made 35 saves in a losing cause for Prince George (22-37-5).
