Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Matt Chapman will return to the team's lineup Wednesday against the Houston Astros.
Chapman was unable to play Tuesday after having an ingrown toenail removed Monday night.
Chapman, 30, has played in 60 games this season, slashing .281/.362/.487 with eight home runs and an American League-best 22 doubles.
Tyler Heineman will catch Chris Bassitt and be behind the plate for the second time in the series against the Astros.
