Vladimir Guerrero Jr. remains atop as the No. 1 vote-getter in MLB and Marcus Semien leads AL second basemen as the first phase of voting gets set to close on Thursday.
Guerrero is tied with Shohei Ohtani, who unsurprisingly leads AL designated hitters in votes, for the MLB lead in home runs and is alone in first place with 59 RBIs.
Semien ranks first in home runs and third in RBIs among second basemen, slashing .283/.351/.527 in his first season with Toronto.

Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette ranks second in votes at his position, while Teoscar Hernandez and Randal Grichuk are fifth and seventh, respectively, among AL outfielders.
The second phase of voting, which begins June 28 and last until July 1, will determine the starters.
This year’s all-star game take place July 13 at Coors Field in Colorado.
