Toronto Blue Jays left-handed pitcher Génesis Cabrera has been reinstated from the paternity list.
Cabrera will be active for Sunday's game against the Oakland Athletics.
The 27-year-old reliever has made 50 appearances this season and holds a 3.50 ERA with 37 strikeouts and two saves.
Toronto also optioned right-handed pitcher Yerry Rodriguez to triple-A Buffalo.
Rodriguez, 26, has an 8.72 ERA and 17 strikeouts in 16 relief appearances with the Blue Jays.
