The Toronto Blue Jays are getting one of their top relievers back.
Right-hander Yimi Garcia has been reinstated from the 15-day injured list and will be active for Wednesday's game against the visiting New York Yankees. To make room for Garcia, lefty Mason Fluharty has been optioned to triple-A Buffalo.
Garcia (right shoulder impingement) last pitched for the Blue Jays on May 22. He has a 3.15 ERA, 24 strikeouts and 10 walks in 20 major-league innings this season.
Fluharty has a 5.56 ERA in 37 innings of work this year.
