The Toronto Blue Jays will open their 2024 Grapefruit League schedule with a home game against the Philadelphia Phillies on Feb. 24 in Dunedin, Fla., the team announced Tuesday.
It is the first of six spring training games between the Blue Jays and Phillies, who play in nearby Clearwater, Fla.
Toronto will play nine teams during spring training, including all four of its AL East rivals.
The first road game is Feb. 25 in Tampa against the New York Yankees.
The Blue Jays conclude spring training on March 25 in Bradenton, Fla., against the Pittsburgh Pirates, and then stay in Florida to open the regular season against the Tampa Bay Rays on March 28.
