It hasn't exactly been a year to remember for the Toronto Blue Jays, so now might be a good time to look ahead.
The Blue Jays released their 2025 spring training schedule on Thursday and will open the exhibition slate hosting the New York Yankees at TD Ballpark in Dunedin, Fla., on Feb. 22.
This will be the first of four matchups against the Yankees. For the rest of their games against AL East opponents, they'll take on the Boston Red Sox and Tampa Bay Rays twice each and the Baltimore Orioles three times.
The Blue Jays go head-to-head against the cross-town rival Philadelphia Phillies five times, the most of any team they'll get to know in Grapefruit League play. They'll also see the Detroit Tigers four times.
In total, the Blue Jays will play 30 games. They'll also have three split-squad games, up from two last season, starting with the Tigers and Yankees on Feb. 28, the Phillies and Tigers on March 8 and the Yankees and Phillies on March 17.
