The Toronto Blue Jays and third-round pick Juaron Watts-Brown have agreed to a $1,002,785 signing bonus, according to Sportsnet's Shi Davidi.
Watts-Brown, a 21-year-old right-handed pitcher out of Oklahoma State, was the only remaining member of Toronto's draft picks taken in the first 10 rounds yet to sign.
