Toronto Blue Jays outfielder George Springer continues to show why he likes to hit in the leadoff spot.
Springer hit his 55th home run in the leadoff spot against the Oakland Athletics to move into second place on the all-time list.
The 33-year-old moved past Alfonso Soriano and now trails Rickey Henderson who sits alone in first with 81 leadoff home runs.
Springer has 11 home runs and 32 RBIs while slashing .262/.327/.409 in 77 games.
