With the Toronto Blue Jays up 7-2 heading into the bottom of the ninth against the Chicago White Sox, the tarp came onto the field and the game entered a rain delay for the second time on Tuesday.
The White Sox announced that the game is expected to resume at 12:15 a.m. ET / 9:15 p.m. PT.
If the game were to be called, it would be a complete game since the White Sox had batted more than five times.
Korey Lee, Paul DeJong and Corey Julks are scheduled to hit for Chicago.
The Blue Jays built their five-run lead behind big performances from Davis Schneider, George Springer and Kevin Gausman.
