Chicago Cubs pitcher Marcus Stroman left Sunday's game in London against the St. Louis Cardinals with an apparent hand injury.
Stroman was seen shaking his hand during an at-bat in the fourth inning against Paul Goldschmidt. Stroman would give up a single to Goldschmidt and then leave the game after talking with Cubs manager David Ross and the athletic trainer.
The Cubs had a 4-0 lead on the Cardinals after the fist inning but St. Louis would respond with three runs in the second inning. The Cardinals would tie the game in the third inning before scoring a pair of runs in the fourth to take the lead.
The Cubs and Cardinals are playing a two-game series in London, England as part of MLB's international series. A crowd of 54,662 gathered at London Stadium, the home of West Ham United FC for Sunday's finale.
