How likely are Blue Jays to get much-needed internal improvement in 2024?

Jays GM Ross Atkins says he still feels “really good” with how the current roster is constructed, but is always looking to add, and because of their tremendous versatility, they’re open to different ways to acquire talent and make the team better.
