Contract: Three years, $54 million
Details: The four-time Gold Glover returns to the West Coast after spending two seasons with the Blue Jays. Chapman slashed .240/.330/.424 with 17 homers and 54 RBIs for the season in 2023.
Team: Chicago Cubs
Contract: Three years, $80 million
Details: Originally a fourth-round pick of the Dodgers in 2013, Bellinger is a two-time all-star, the 2017 NL Rookie of the Year and former NL Gold Glove winner in right field. He won the NL MVP in 2019.
Team: San Francisco Giants
Contract: Three years, $42 million
Details: Soler, 31, made the all-star game for the first time in his career in 2023 with the Miami Marlins. The Cuban belted 36 home runs, helping the Marlins advance to the playoffs. Soler opted out of a $9-million option in the final year of a three-year contract with the Marlins for 2024 to become a free agent.
Team: Los Angeles Dodgers
Contract: One year with player option in 2025
Details: Kershaw is returning for a 17th season with the Dodgers. The future Hall of Famer had shoulder surgery in November and expects to be available to pitch this summer.

Contract: Two years, $8.8 million
Details: Second baseman Jonathan India, the 2021 NL rookie of the year, and the Cincinnati Reds avoided arbitration by agreeing to a two-year contract.
Team: Toronto Blue Jays
Contract: Five years, $32 million
Details: The 26-year-old has experience as both a starter and a reliever in top leagues in Cuba and Japan. Rodriguez could battle for the fifth spot in Toronto's starting rotation or may be used out of the bullpen.
Yasmani Grandal, C
Team: Pittsburgh Pirates
Contract: One year, $2.5 million
Details: Grandal would join a catching situation that includes former No. 1 overall pick Henry Davis, Jason Delay and Ali Sánchez. Grandal is a career .237 hitter while playing for four teams across 12 seasons, including the last four years with the Chicago White Sox.
Team: San Diego Padres
Contract: One year, $1 million
Details: Profar joined the Padres last season after being cut by the Colorado Rockies and will stick around after batting .295 in his short time in San Diego last season.
Team: Philadelphia Phillies
Contract: One year, $2 million
Details: The righty struggled last season after not playing in 2022 due to injury, pitching to a 7.26 ERA in only seven starts with the Detroit Tigers.
Team: Kansas City Royals
Contract: 11-years, $288.7 million
Details: The Royals and star shortstop Bobby Witt Jr. agreed to the largest contract in franchise history. Witt, 23, had 30 home runs and 49 stolen bases in 2023.

Contract: One year, $5 million
Details: Gallo hasn't hit above .200 in three seasons but provides some home run power from the left side to the Nationals outfield.

Details: The Big Maple from Lander, B.C., is heading to the Dodgers to provide starting depth after some injury-plagued years.

Details: Allard had 13 strikeouts over 12.1 innings in 2023 for the Braves.

Contract: One year
Details: Poteet helps the Yankees replenish their staff after they traded away four pitchers in order to acquire slugger Juan Soto from the Padres.

Contract: One year, $10.5 million
Details: Bader takes over at centrefield for the Mets. He began last season with the Yankees but was traded to Cincinnati ahead of the deadline.
Team: Atlanta Braves
Contract: Two years with club option, $38 million
Details: The Braves and Sale restructured his contract after the veteran starter was acquired from Boston. The new deal give Sale more term in exchange for lowering his salary in 2024, which was the final year of his original deal.
Team: Seattle Mariners
Contract: Two years, $24 million
Details: Garver was the backup to Jonah Heim and a designated hitter with the World Series champion Texas Rangers in 2023. He hit .270/.370/.500 with 19 home runs and 50 RBIs.
Team: Toronto Blue Jays
Contract: Minor-league deal
Details: The veteran pitcher is the first free agent signing by the Blue Jays this off-season and has a career 5.01 ERA over 257 MLB innings with the Milwaukee Brewers, Texas Rangers and Washington Nationals.

Contract: Five years, $28 million
Details: Matsui recorded 236 saves in 501 appearances for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles of the Nippon Professional Baseball League in Japan.
Team: Detroit Tigers
Contract: One year, $3.25 million
Details: The Tigers add some right-handed relief depth as Miller joins his ninth team. The 33-year-old had a 1.71 ERA in 36 appearances for the Dodgers last season. The contract has a club option for $4.25 million in 2025 and a $250,000 buyout. It also includes incentives worth up to $11 million over two seasons if he closes regularly.

Contract: 12 years, $325 million
Details: The Dodgers give Yamamoto the largest guaranteed contract for a pitcher in MLB history even though he has not pitched in the majors yet. The 25-year-old is one of the most decorated pitchers to make the jump to MLB. He is a two-time Pacific League Most Valuable Player and a three-time Eiji Sawamura Award winner — NPB's version of the Cy Young Award.

Contract: One year, $5 million
Details: The 37-year-old McCutchen returned to the Pirates last winter, reuniting with the club he starred from 2009-17, making five All-Star teams and winning the 2013 NL Most Valuable Player award.

Details: Backup catcher Tom Murphy is returning to the NL West by joining the Giants. Murphy began his career with the Rockies but has spent the last four seasons in Seattle.

Details: Perez, coming off a World Series win with the Rangers, joins the bullpen in Pittsburgh to provide some experience from the left side.

Contract: One year, $3.5 million with player option
Details: The Royals added a veteran reliever to their bullpen in Stratton, who pitched in 64 games for the Rangers and Cardinals in 2023, including four appearances in the playoffs to help Texas win the World Series.

Details: The Royals were looking for starters and in Lugo they get one. The 34-year-old switched to starting in 2023 with the Padres after spending most of his career in the bullpen for the Mets.

Details: Tsutsugo spent parts of last season in the Giants' and Texas Rangers' minor league systems, hitting .260/.401/.457 between double- and triple-A.

Contract: One year, $2 million
Details: The Mets add a veteran journeyman to the bullpen. The soon-to-be 31-year-old had a 5.13 ERA in 49 appearances with the Twins, Marlins and Orioles in 2023.
Team: Washington Nationals
Contract: One year, $2 million
Details: Senzel, the No. 2 pick in the 2016 MLB Draft, gets a fresh start after being non-tendered by the Reds. The 28-year-old hit .236/.297/.399 with 13 home runs in 101 games in 2023.
Team: Cincinnati Reds
Contract: Three years, $45 million
Details: The Reds continue a transformational off-season by adding a veteran infielder to a core that includes rising stars Elly De La Cruz and Christian Encarnacion-Strand.
Team: Arizona Diamondbacks
Contract: Four years, $80 million
Details: After opting out of his deal with the Tigers, Rodriquez joins the NL champion Diamondbacks to give Arizona one of the most feared rotations in the major. Rodriguez, 30, was 13-9 with a career-best 3.30 ERA in 26 starts for the Tigers last season.

Contract: One year, $4.25 million
Details: Garcia opts to stay in California after spending the past two seasons with the Padres. The veteran reliever who made his MLB debut in 2013 will give the Angels another experienced arm in their bullpen.
Team: Chicago White Sox
Contract: Two years, $15 million
Details: Fedde, 30, comes back to North America after a year in Korea where he won KBO MVP while dominating with a 2.00 ERA over 180.1 innings. He also struck out 209 hitters while walking just 35.
Team: Milwaukee Brewers
Contract: One year, $7 million
Details: Miley returns for another season with the Brewers. The 37-year-old threw 120.1 innings for the Brewers this past season with a 3.14 ERA and 79 strikeouts.

Details: Ross and the Brewers have agreed to a deal, according to FanSided's Robert Murray. The 30-year-old Ross, who last pitched in the majors in 2021 with the Washington Nationals, played in the San Francisco Giants' minor league system in 2023, throwing 14 innings across three different levels.
